Kim has held a wide variety of positions as board member and advisor for numerous coaching organizations, including The Silicon Valley Coach Federation and Coachville.com.

Kim is happily married, and is the proud parent of four step-children, ages 10 to 21. She spends time between her home in California and her ranch in Washington State.
